About this house rental
It has ceilings of 3.5 meters high, 50 cm wide walls with double glazed windows and a laundry room on the ground floor and on the 3rd floor a clothes line of 70 m2 built, private garden and pool, has a south orientation So there is sun all day.
The pool has enough meters to relax or sunbathe, with sewage treatment plant,
City Hall and architect permits and end of work. It has a large terrace with
sunbeds for sunbathing.
It has air conditioning and heat pump, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, towels, etc.
It is in the old town behind the Ayamans Palace, it is cataloged
for its historical interest.
In the village there are 3 supermarkets, butchers, fruit shops, 2 pharmacies, health center, a sports center with 2 swimming pools, last generation gym, tennis and paddle tennis courts, restaurants.
A 5 minute walk we have the mountain with lush pine forests and paths for hiking enthusiasts.
The train station is 5 minutes walking from the house there is a train every 20 minutes, from 6 in the morning until 10 at night (the summer months July, August and September operates 24 hours a day) communicates palma and Manacor.
Inca is 2 kms, the best and cellar restaurants are near the Plaza del Ayutamiento, there are large supermarkets such as hypercentre, market, mercadona etc.
The hospital is near the town, it has the same businesses that we can find in Palma as well as the main private clinics are in Inca.
It is 20 kms from Playa de Muro, one of the last paradises left in
Mallorca itself as of the beaches of Pollensa.
In the spring of 2020 it will be connected to the Inca Highway.

Property as it looks in photos and as we expected.Host was happy to accommodate our late check in time due to flight.Communication was good and he was very responsive to messages. Only slight negative was parking on the street could be tricky to find. Really central location if you want to explore the island or like us if you are here for climbing. Host also provided beach towels as well as normal towels which is an unusual bonus.

Woning en tuin waren ok en zoals beschreven. Maar... pas op! Antonio woonde de twee maanden dat wij er zaten met zijn vader, die af en toe 's nachts aan het roepen en hoesten was, op de begane grond. Het huis is nogal gehorig en daar hadden zowel Antonio als wij last van.
