Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire property and the backyard.
Enjoy a seamless and contactless check-in using the smart keypad on the front door. You will receive your personalized entry code 24 hours before your arrival, which will be active for the duration of your stay.
Other Things to Note:
* The community pool is located at The Riverview Club at 790 Christina Dr, St. Augustine, FL 32086. The key card get's you access. Got the the right side of the building for the gate. To the left of the gate is the card reader to unlock the gate.
* No parties, events and/or smoking inside allowed.
* The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
* The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
* The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
* All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
* Beach access you can drive your car on the beach with access on Mary Street (about 1 mile drive north). We recommend your vehicle is a 4x4 or AWD if you do decide to drive your vehicle on the beach.
* Also, all televisions have streaming services that are accessible to login. Please remember to log out prior to leaving.
* Trash is picked up on Tuesday mornings and Recycling is on Wednesday mornings.
