The apartment is located on the first floor and stands out above all for its excellent location: The historic old town is just a few minutes’ walk away, and Wismar’s train station is also within easy walking distance.

After an eventful day in Wismar, the cozy living room invites you to unwind. A comfortable sofa with a coffee table and a timeless bookshelf create a pleasant atmosphere. Here, you can reflect on the day over a cup of coffee or tea, watch TV, or simply enjoy some well-deserved peace and quiet.
Thanks to Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, you’ll stay well-informed and entertained even while on vacation. A radio is also available.
Sleeping with Special Charm
The separate bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) designed as a loft bed. Please note that the bed is not recommended for people with physical limitations. The closet offers ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Additionally, a small desk is available—ideal if you’d like to catch up on some work on your laptop or need a quiet place to work.
Well-equipped kitchen
The separate kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a cozy breakfast or a home-cooked meal. Amenities include a four-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking supplies are, of course, provided.
This allows you to plan your vacation with complete flexibility—from a quick breakfast before your first stroll through town to a relaxed dinner in your vacation rental.
Convenient shower room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is also well-equipped for longer stays: a washing machine and dryer are available. An iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also provided.
