Yes, the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building, so there are quite a few stairs to climb. Once inside, the apartment itself is also arranged over three levels, with additional stairs between the different floors.
That said, it really is a wonderful and very unique place, and we genuinely think the climb is worth it! As proof, I’m sending you our latest guest reviews, which actually mention the stairs while describing how special the apartment, rooftop terrace and almost 360-degree views over Paris are.

So yes, there are definitely stairs, and we prefer to be completely transparent about that, but for guests who are comfortable with them, the apartment and terrace are really quite exceptional.
