- fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer)
- two bedrooms, each with a king size bed (200cm),
- a third bedroom with a single bed,
- a first bathroom with bath and toilet,
- a second bathroom with shower and toilet,
- a third bathroom with shower,
- an independent toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
- TV, Wi-Fi, satellites and cables, books.
After 10pm, noise pollution is no longer permitted.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €22
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: €44

Great location and a large apartment with an elevator. Although not an issue for us, there are a number of stairs in the apt. This could be an issue for some - we don’t recall this mentioned in the description but we could have missed that. The check-in process was very smooth with our contact meetings at the apartment exactly when he said he would. He was very helpful and helped us to navigate the neighborhood for restaurants and other points of interest. Would recommend this apt.

Overall was very pleased with the property and location. Would have loved more clarity that only one of the three bedrooms had AC... it was unseasonably hot during our stay.

Pros: The service and location of the unit is great. Yann met us early in the day after a long flight to allow us to store our luggage in the room while the unit was being cleaned and prepared for our stay. The unit was clean and spacious.
Location was great with an easy walk to the Lourve, Notre Dame and other attractions.
Cons: The listing states that the unit has air conditioning. This is deceptive. There is a free-standing unit in the upstairs bedroom. The rest of the unit has no air conditioning. Our stay was in the summer, and it was a miserable experience. The listing should reflect more accurate information. I would have never rented this unit, particularly at the price we paid, in the summer had I known about the lack of air conditioning.
