Kick back and relax in this calm, recently-renovated stylish space located in an old traditional building in the affluent and bustling area of Stockbridge, Edinburgh.
A great place to base yourself for your trip to Edinburgh and surrounding areas. At only around 15-minutes by bus to the centre of Edinburgh and Waverly train station, the property is surrounded by shops, cafes, bars & restaurants - everything you will need for an enjoyable stay.
The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. There is nothing further to pay on arrival.
At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.
To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
