beautiful cozy cottage w nice updates . it is next to the main house on the property but had its own entrance. Need a car to get to town . Had amazing sunset view and nicely furnished and had all the items needed .

First off the view is amazing. The cottage size was fine. However, there is no stove and no dishwasher even though there is a note about loading the dishwasher when you leave. The frige is tiny. There were a few spots with that had spider webs in the bathroom ceiling with a dead spider in it. There was also one around the floor heater and it one of the recess lights. But probably the thing made us a bit uncomfortable was the owners of the property were right next to us. In fact, my guess is the cottage was a converted garage/shop. So we were sharing the same plot of land and same parking. The back yard views amazing but we could not really enjoy it too much as we did not know when the owners would also be enjoying it as we could literally see each other as they were right next to us. There was no real divide between the two areas so we felt awkward walking closer to the end of the space to get a better view of the ocean. We felt like I was trespassing on there yard. Overall, if the view is the biggest thing you want, this place has it but at a high point and less privacy. Which is surprising for a VRBO advertised property.
