About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful bright and ventilated villa, ideal for a relaxing stay in Martinique.
It consists of:
- A large living room with living room (Wi-Fi, Smart TV, leather sofa, fan),
- A fully equipped open kitchen (oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer),
- A very large covered terrace, (with gas plancha, garden furniture, sun loungers) perfect for enjoying a Ti' Punch by the pool, facing the sea and Mount Pelée.
The villa has two large bedrooms with queen size beds (160 cm), cupboards and air fans:
- The first has its own private bathroom (bath and toilet).
- The second has an independent shower room and separate toilet.
If you have a baby we provide a canvas bed, but be careful, even if the pool is secure, you will have to watch over it.
Located on the heights of Anse à l'Âne, in Trois-Îlets, our villa is in a quiet and residential area. You will be only 1.5 km from the beach, shops, restaurants and the maritime shuttle to reach Fort-de-France.
In the immediate vicinity:
- The Golf of Martinique (3 km),
-L'anse à l'Âne, L'Anse Mitan and the Pointe du Bout: lively districts with marina, beaches, shops, restaurants, casino, water activities, open 7 days a week, water activities, boat trips, excursions.
- The town of Trois-Îlets (4 km), with its historic church, its small typical markets, a shopping center, a museum, the town hall, a post office, etc.
- 6km from the beach of Anses d'Arlet and its typical village by the sea of our island.
-3/4h from Sainte Anne, 1h to go to the North of the island
Our house is respectful of nature: perched on a morne (small hill), it benefits from the natural ventilation of the trade winds crossing the villa thanks to the blinds equipped with mosquito nets. You will therefore not have to fear mosquitoes while enjoying natural ventilation.
Finally, a superb infinity pool overlooking the garden (planted with banana trees, mango trees, passion fruit...) completes this little paradise.
The villa is ideal for two couples or a couple with one or two children of about ten years old (the swimming pool, unfenced, overlooks the garden).
Take full advantage of our island of treasures: sun, sea, nature, rum ... and the sweetness of life!
