Superb house of Creole inspiration, distributed in 3 modules and an independent ground floor ,, ventilated, enjoying magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea, and equipped with all the comfort.
It is distributed in 3 rooms at the same level
Independent module ground floor is occupied by the owner
The 70m2 deck range is embellished with a large pool of 7mx 4m and a cute little guy Balinese hut for a happy hour at sunset.
The master bedroom is of a total area of 50m2, with TV, Sat Canal + and DVD, a huge shower overlooking the bay Caribbean and toilets
The house has a piano and a well stocked library as well as a TV corner with SAT + channel.
Opposite is a double spacious and equipped office Wifi
Toys, board games, pool amenities and a portico swing are at your disposal for the enjoyment of children.
The kitchen is independent, blond wood, with a spirit bar, fully equipped and open to the terrace.
It enjoys a large wooden table for 10 people, with stunning views of the bay inviting to enjoy the BBQ with family or friends.

Very beautiful and tastily furnished house

The house features an upright piano, a nice deep pool and a beautiful terrace overlooking the coves of Trois Ilets. Both the kitchen and the dining area are outside, as shown in the photo: a perfect intro into island living. Marie-Noelle and her husband were gracious and accommodating hosts. A car is essential. But the closest beach is only about a 5 minute drive away. The ranch Jack equestrian center is a short walk down the hill. All in all, I would highly recommend this property for families and couples alike.
