Village house, at the bottom of the Rocher de Cotignac, air-conditioned
House on 3 levels:
- First floor: fitted kitchen, with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, kettle and microwave
- 1st level: living room with TV connected to the internet (Fiber), bathroom and separate toilet,
- 2nd level: 2 bedrooms with double bed (one bed of 140x200 and one bed of 160x200),

Outside, a small terrace with a table and 4 chairs, as well as a small deckchair available,
Direct access to the village with the Place de la Mairie 2 minutes walk away (with bakery) and the Cours Gambetta (restaurants and shops) 5 minutes walk away,
You can access the house by car and a small parking lot is present right next door,
If it is full, you can park your car in the school parking lot (5 minutes walk) or in the wine cooperative parking lot, on the upper part (7 minutes walk),
