The house is very functional and very bright (all rooms have one or more windows) so very pleasant to live regardless of time or seasons. New double glazed windows installed in October 2018 to transform the view into a real natural picture !!!!!

The decoration of the house is a mixture of family furniture and pieces of furniture (Flamant, The Garden of Ulysses, Alessi, Kartell ..)
You can have everything on the site:
new fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, convection oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster ..)
large dining table
Large screen TV facing a large sofa and 2 club chairs
160X200 beds for double beds
child equipment available (cot, high chair ..) etc ...
We remain at your disposal for any further information.
The accommodation is in two parts, a large apartment on the ground floor with large bedroom, living room, bathroom, we separate, kitchen, porch and part in the garden with 2 bedrooms with large wardrobes, french doors opening onto the garden and a toilet.
The 2 parts are connected by a very practical external staircase, 10 steps in total.
This particular provision allows, during the holidays, to be autonomous for children, couples, friends, etc.
In the garden you will find teak sun loungers with cushions, a table and chairs for al fresco dining, plancha for cooking your food, etc.
Possibility to park the car in the property, large free public parking at the bottom of the house.
We will take care of your welcome on your arrival, with a visit of the places and explanations on the house.
After the visit, a tasting of Provençal specialties will await you with a rosé wine from Cotignac.

We had stayed in the property previously. The balcony is a wonderful addition, as is the A/C. The house is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. A nice spacious bedroom, good bathroom and shower and large living/dining area. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walking distance to the centre of Cotignac.

We had a warm welcome from the host, Marie-Agnes, who was on hand with any help we might need and information. A comfortable, well-equipped home in an ideal location, just a short flat walk into town. The town itself is lovely with several nice restaurants.

We enjoyed our week long stay! Cotignac is a quaint small historic town which is well situated for visiting other towns (and wineries) in Provence. The house is on a hill with a very nice view and is a very short walking distance to the center of town (even shorter if you walk down the steps in the back yard to the street below). The house itself is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The upper part of the house has one bedroom and a new full bath, and there are two additional bedrooms and a half bath in the lower section (need to access via stairway outside). The outside grounds are nice and there is plenty of outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing. We very much enjoyed meeting the owner, Marie-Agnes, who showed us the property and surprised us with some food she had prepared (and a bottle of wine from the local cooperative). A great visit!

Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles! La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Elle est située en plein cœur du village, tout peut se faire à pied.
Nous avons profité des 2 terrasses dont l'une à vue magnifique sur le village de Cotignac. Que dire de la propriétaire ! Gentillesse et générosité ! Un repas délicieux nous attendait le jour de notre arrivée. Je veux y retourner un jour! Je conseille cette location sans problème, je suis certaine que vous aurez des vacances exceptionnelles comme nous
