The 64 m² “Alte Brauerei” vacation rental accommodates up to 3 guests and features a bright and modern design. Amenities include a spacious living and sleeping area with a double bed and a sleeper sofa, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. New windows, eco-friendly insulation, high-quality hardwood floors, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and parking provide additional comfort during your stay. A particularly attractive feature is the direct access to the equestrian facility, which includes horse stalls, a riding arena, a small indoor riding arena, as well as paddocks and meadows right next to the house. The vacation rental is ideal for those seeking relaxation, long-term guests, families, and especially for vacationers who wish to travel with their dog or horse.
On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking.The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, and cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Check-out is between 12:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed, unless a fee of €5.00 per pet per night is paid. The visitor’s tax of €3.60 per person per night will be charged additionally on-site.Additional fees:
