About this house rental
A modern and functional vacation home on two floors, ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults with up to 2 children.
Living room: new furniture (renovated in 2020), flat-screen TV with receiver, couch, armchair, hardwood floors, staircase from the living room to the upper floor
Kitchenette: ceramic cooktop with 2 burners, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, coffee maker, toaster, small oven with broiler, dishes, and silverware.
Shower/wall-mounted toilet,
2 bedrooms: 1st bedroom: Double bed, new mattresses (2020), wardrobe,
2nd bedroom: 2 beds placed end-to-end, shelves for storage
Beds are made upon arrival; plenty of towels are provided.

New windows and front door (2021)
Our house is located on a fenced-in property on the outskirts of the village. Parking is available on the property.
A charcoal grill is available for you to enjoy a genuine “Thuringian bratwurst.”

Aufenthalt sehr kurz, daher keine umfassende Bewertung möglich.
Steile Treppe nachteilig wenn nachts die Toilette ( unten) aufgesucht werden muss.

Die Begrüssung durch Frau Rosiak und der Check-in Vorgang waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber. Es entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und ist für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Jugendlichen vollkommen ausreichend. Für ältere Menschen könnte die etwas steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss zum Problem werden, für uns war es das aber absolut nicht. Der von anderen Reisenden nicht gefundene Rauchmelder befindet sich im Treppenbereich (Obergeschoss)!
Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht vom Balkon aus wunderbar, wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!!
