Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Bett bequem und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt direkt hinter dem Nagelstudio. Die Gerüche sind leider in die Wohnung gezogen. Nur im Schlafzimmer war der chemische Geruch zum Glück nicht so stark. Bei der Wohnung im 1.OG gab es eigentlich nur zu bemängeln, dass die Kaffeemaschine im Flur Zeichen den 2 Wohnungen stand. Da die Wohnungen sehr sehr hellhörig sind war es doch sehr laut, wenn die Maschine benutzt wurde. Grade wenn gegenüber Menschen wohnen die sich mitten in der Nacht einen Kaffee ziehen und sich lautstark über die Tee Auswahl unterhalten.
