Welcome to our Cape Coral home, Villa Butterfly!

We’ve been coming to Cape Coral for the past 15 years, and over all those years, this special place has become a bit like a second home to us. We’ve always dreamed of having a place of our own here, and in 2026, that dream finally came true. We already have experience as vacation rental hosts in Germany, and with that expertise, we want to make your vacation a memorable experience.

We’ve put a lot of love and thought into our home and completely redecorated it in 2026, creating a comfortable and welcoming place where we love to spend our own vacations. Our goal is simple: we want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive and enjoy the house as much as we do.

That’s why we’ve tried to think of the little things that can make a vacation easier and more enjoyable—from a fully equipped kitchen and a 5-in-1 coffee machine that also works with K-Cups, to beach chairs, pool toys, USB outlets, and everything you need for a relaxing day by the pool or at the beach.

We hope you’ll enjoy our home, make wonderful memories here, and treat it with the same care and appreciation that we do. After all, this isn’t just a vacation rental to us—it’s a place we’ve dreamed about for many years, a place we love to enjoy ourselves, and we’re happy to share it with you.

We’ll gladly provide you with the following:

• pool and beach towels

• master bedroom: king-size bed with walk-in closet and dual-sink en-suite bathroom, smart TV

• Guest bedroom with bunk bed: full-size top, queen-size bottom, smart TV

• Guest bedroom: queen-size bed with walk-in closet

• Linens and towels provided

• 65" smart TV with JBL soundbar and subwoofer

• reverse osmosis water filtration system so you can safely drink the tap water. Dedicated water outlet at the sink; the fridge (water, ice) also gets water from that source

• Brand-new LG appliances: fridge with Craft Ice, LG range with air fry function and convection heating, LG dishwasher with power wash area

• Moen rain showerheads with a separate handheld showerhead

• USB outlets throughout the house for your charging needs

• Large south-facing yard and heated saltwater pool; plenty of room to play in the yard

• If you’re traveling with small children, a pool fence is available. Otherwise, the fence is stored in the garage. The patio doors are equipped with a pool alarm

• Lafuma sun loungers and sun beds with an umbrella

• Large covered patio with flexible use (sun loungers can be moved under the patio if it rains)

• Weber Genesis gas grill

• One parking space in the garage is available for use

• Please NO smoking or vaping inside the house

Our quiet neighborhood offers great shopping options for your daily needs. Publix, Target, Walgreens, and Aldi are all within a safe walking distance of no more than 15 minutes, depending on traffic lights. Aldi can be reached without crossing a busy street and is just a 3-minute walk away.
