Enjoy a completely private and fully furnished vacation home rental featuring a split open floor plan. A spacious master suite w/private bath, 2 additional bedrooms + den, 1 bath with access to the backyard pool/patio/cage. Lanai w/propane grill and propane heater for cooler nights.

Master Suite w/1 King bed, private bath & 55 inch TV
Bedroom 2 w/1 King bed & 43 inch TV
Bedroom 3 w/2 Twin XL beds (together makes a king bed w/bedding in dresser) & 43 inch TV
Den/office w/yoga mats and free weights (a couple games in the desk)
(home sleeps 6 comfortably with a max of 8)
1 Queen tall air mattress w/bedding in hall closet for den/office.
Each room comes with spare bedding. 2 additional pillows in master closet and 2 additional pillows in hall closet.
Our home has Wifi for work or pleasure and streaming with your own accounts available.

You have private access to the house via the front door smart lock. You will get a 4 digit code 2-4 days prior to your arrival. The driveway holds two-four vehicles depending on size. The garage can hold 1 vehicle and you can use the garage door remote during your stay. No grass parking, no commercial vehicles and no street parking.

The home is conveniently located 2 blocks off Santa Barbara Bvld in a safe and friendly neighborhood. It's within mins to Target, Publix, shopping, restaurants and beaches.

Located about 30 mins from Fort Myers airport, 40 mins from Punta Gorda airport, 1 hour 35 mins from Sarasota airport.
