Welcome to our 26 m² studio, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in the heart of the resort of Thollon-les-Mémises.

Boasting a balcony with a panoramic view of Lake Geneva and Switzerland, the accommodations are ideal for a couple, with or without children, and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.

The studio includes an entrance with a mountain area equipped with bunk beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower equipped with an overhead shower and a hand shower, toilet, heated towel rail and hairdryer, as well as a living room with sofa bed, television, Wi-Fi, dining area, wardrobe and storage.

The open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals: hob, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A raclette machine is also at your disposal to enjoy evenings in the mountains.

For your comfort, the studio also has a washing machine, clothes drying racks, iron and ironing board, as well as a fan for the hottest days in summer.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

Equipped with a table and 6 chairs, it allows you to have a meal, a coffee or simply enjoy the landscape and the view of the lake.

The studio has a particularly convenient location: the gondola lift is only 150 m away, about 3 minutes walk.

Restaurants and ski rental shops are located at the foot of the building. The resort also has a mini-market, bakery, cinema, laundry, tourist office and shops for ski, snowboard and mountain bike rentals.

In the winter and summer seasons, a daycare centre welcomes children from 6 months to 6 years old.

A children's playground with table tennis is also available in the resort.

Plenty of free parking is available at the foot of the building.

There is also a large free public parking lot right in front of the residence.

With about 20 km of slopes, the area is particularly suitable for beginner skiers and intermediate. The ESF also offers ski lessons.

Apart from downhill skiing, you can enjoy snowshoeing and discover the snowy landscapes of the mountain with, in places, magnificent panoramas of Lake Geneva.

The resort is also a beautiful destination in summer, between lake and mountain.
