Villa MATI, 125 m², a 3* holiday rental, is air-conditioned and accommodates 4 people (children aged 13–17 permitted). PARKING FOR 2 CARS is available within the grounds, which are secured by an electric gate.
A well-lit, lockable BICYCLE STORAGE ROOM, attached to the house, is equipped with an electrical socket and access to a garden hose.
A beautiful tiled swimming pool and a large garden filled with flowers and trees await you, offering all the comfort you need for a wonderful holiday.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms for 4 people, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds to ensure you sleep in the utmost comfort. It guarantees a spacious and exclusive living area.

The beds are made up on your arrival. You’ll enjoy new bedding and 2 pillows per person.
Bathroom towels and pool towels are provided and included in the price.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
A beautiful private, tiled 8x4 swimming pool, always spotlessly clean and not overlooked, features a lovely area with artificial grass, complete with 6 sun loungers fitted with comfortable cushions, 2 garden sofas and a private outdoor shower.
The telescopic pool enclosure helps to maintain the water temperature at an average of 30 °C during the summer season. Have a swim and relax!
Pool accessories are available for your use (inflatable drinks tray, pool floats, etc.)
The 1,200 m² garden is planted with olive trees and features flowers typical of Provence (lavender, rosemary, oleanders, etc.).
The 4x11 pétanque court is private and not overlooked. 12 boules and pétanque accessories are provided. An outdoor lighting ensures you can continue your games well into the evening.
One round table, two chairs and two armchairs with cushions will allow you to enjoy pleasant moments around the pétanque court.
Several terraces equipped with garden furniture and a gas plancha with two cooking zones.
The property is fully fenced and secured by an electric gate and a side gate.

A large farmhouse-style table allows you to dine or enjoy a light lunch al fresco if you wish.

Two double doors provide direct access to the swimming pool and the garden, which is not overlooked. The bedroom is equipped with a treadmill.

1 bathroom with double washbasins and a bath with a rain shower head. Large storage drawers, a lighted magnifying mirror and a hairdryer. Hand soap, shower gel and shampoo at your disposal.
