Charming house located a few minutes walk from Malaucène, 9 kms from Vaison, in an enclosed green setting of 5000 m² with secure swimming pool (above ground) (4 x 6).

Starting point for many activities: Climbing the Ventoux, hiking or cycling, swimming in the Toulourenc gorges, climbing the cliffs of Grozeau, Dentelles de Montmirail, Buis-les-Baronnies, via ferrata, tree climbing... And discovering the cultural and historical heritage in Vaison-la-Romaine, Orange (40 km) and Avignon (45 km).

It has all the necessary equipment for your comfort. You will also appreciate its shaded terrace with table, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
You will enjoy a very comfortable, very intimate, not overlooked, clean and neat house.
