About this house rental
In the quiet coastal town of Werdum, nestled in the vast landscape of East Frisia, the Nolting Apartment House welcomes you. With 40 square meters of living space, Apartment 4 offers a comfortable retreat for two people and is ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking relaxation in a natural setting. Thanks to its well-thought-out layout and well-maintained furnishings, it combines a cozy atmosphere with the benefits of a short-term vacation rental.
The apartment spans two rooms and features an open-concept layout for the central living and kitchen area. From the sofa, which is part of a cozy sitting area, you can take in the entire space. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a coffee maker, so you can prepare fresh meals. The adjacent dining area with a table and chairs is perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner together. Large windows with privacy screens and fly screens provide natural light and a pleasant indoor climate, while ensuring your privacy.
The separate bedroom features a double bed and ensures peaceful nights. Ample storage space is provided by a closet and a safe for your valuables. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Standard amenities include central heating, smoke detectors, and access to the shared washing machines and dryers in the building. An iron and an ironing board are also provided.
A special highlight is the private terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture. From here, you can enjoy the view of the garden and relax while taking in the fresh sea air. The attached private parking space right next to the house provides a secure spot for your car.
Digital amenities such as Wi-Fi and a satellite TV with radio ensure you’ll never be bored. The apartment is non-smoking and, of course, suitable for children, although it is designed to accommodate up to two people.
Let the East Frisian hospitality and the relaxing atmosphere of this accommodation win you over. Book your stay at Apartment 4 Nolting and experience a vacation that appeals to all your senses.
Moin, Hi & Welcome to the health resort of Werdum!
We, the Nolting family, have been running a bed-and-breakfast in Esens since 1992. We purchased the Nolting Apartment House, featuring 4 beautiful apartments, at the end of 2019.
On the following pages, you’ll get a glimpse of our lovingly furnished apartments.
The health resort of Werdum is located just a few kilometers from the North Sea (7 km to Neuharlingersiel and 8.5 km to Carolinensiel). Here you’ll find peace and relaxation, as well as entertainment and recreation. Werdum offers its approximately 20,000 annual guests a wide range of recreational facilities. These include, for example, the Kneipp Hall and the petting zoo.
We hope this information convinces you to visit, and we look forward to welcoming you soon for your getaway in Werdum.
