Had a pleasant stay here. The location is quite convenient and suitable if you’re planning to explore KL city, easy to get around to most places. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a deposit required during check-in, but no issue for us. After we checked out and they finished checking the room, the deposit was refunded pretty quickly, within a day if I remember correctly. We also asked the host a few questions during our stay and they were always helpful and friendly

Had a great stay at Holma! The staff were really friendly and helpful
The lift was quite slow due to a building management issue, which the staff explained to us. Holma staff did their best to help and calm us down
