The staff members were wonderful, very friendly, always available, and highly responsive to our needs.
We booked a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Even though the host kindly offered us a different room, the smoke odor was still present there as well. Additionally, the elevators were quite slow, and we often had to wait a long time to get up or down.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff, quick and smooth communication on WhatsApp. Shopping mall with supermarket and food options is 3 minutes from the property.
We booked a room for 3 people, but the room only had a double bed. A person was sent immediately and brought an extra mattress - but one of us had to leave on the floor on the mattress in the living room.

The property isn’t a hotel but a serviced apartment. It is clean and had excellent facilities.
The location advertised is incorrect. It is certainly not 10 mins walk from the towers. The surrounding area looks like a shanty town and there seems to be many serviced apartments using the same lifts. The interior looks like a building site and so was very depressing when we first arrived. We stayed one night and it was fine for that duration- would choose elsewhere if you are staying longer.
