Une maison à la fois fonctionnelle et confortable. Très bien située, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à deux pas du centre ville d'Hourtin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux, les équipements en bon état, et surtout la terrasse donnant sur un jardin de bonne taille. Certes, ce jardin a un vis à vis sur celui des voisins, mais ce n'est pas un souci car ils sont charmants. Si vous aimez les balades à pied ou à vélo dans la forêt, aux bords du lac, ou vers l'océan, nous vous recommandons vivement cette maison et le Médoc !
