Mer Sea is a beautifully designed coastal retreat located in the highly desirable Crystal Beach. Inside, guests are welcomed by soaring ceilings and an open‑concept living area that feels bright, airy, and inviting. The gourmet kitchen features upgraded appliances, double convection ovens, a granite island, and abundant storage, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. A custom dining table that seats fourteen creates the perfect setting for shared meals and celebrations, while the expansive living room provides plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach.
With room to sleep up to thirteen guests, the home offers four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms to accommodate families and groups of all sizes. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo; the 2nd bedroom features a king bed, the 3rd bedroom includes two queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has XL twin/XL Twin bunks plus an additional XL Twin/queen bed. The layout ensures comfort and privacy while keeping everyone close enough to enjoy time together.
Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The expanded front deck is perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying sunset cocktails while taking in the coastal breeze, with both a peek-a-boo view of the ocean plus a view of the bay. Downstairs, a large covered entertainment area provides space for grilling, games, and gathering. A foot shower and oversized sand shower make beach cleanup easy, and a half bath on-site for convenience. The home also includes central A/C and heating, WiFi, TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and ample parking with a double‑wide driveway. The home has a cargo lift that adds convenience when unloading groceries or luggage (Cargo lift fee is an additional fee of $100 and is not for humans).

Whether you’re planning a multi‑family vacation, a holiday gathering, a long‑term stay, or a weekend escape, this coastal haven provides everything needed for a memorable stay on the Bolivar Peninsula.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Property Manager CANNOT guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and we do NOT offer refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Property Manager. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items listed below (about a one-day supply). Please bring anything else you will need:

Full Baths will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, trial-size hand soap, beauty bar, shampoo, and conditioner
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your guest guide for instructions on your home, beach rentals, and things to do on the Peninsula. All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
