Set pyramids hotel

Everything was perfect and staff helped out with the day tours and settled everything for me. Shoutout to salah the helpful front desk lady she was the one who arranged everything for me.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded every expectation, and I genuinely cannot recommend it enough. Before booking, I was worried after reading comments about fake reviews and misleading room photos. I can honestly say the photos are completely accurate and truly reflect the hotel. Although it is a small set pyramids hotel, it outperformed many larger and more expensive hotels we have stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles, exceptional hospitality, and a delicious welcome drink. The biggest surprise was the cleanliness. I am extremely meticulous about hygiene and often travel with my own cleaning kit because I have been disappointed by many four and five star hotels. This hotel completely changed that experience. The room, bathroom, linens, towels, and even the glasses were spotless. There was no dust, no unpleasant smell, and every detail showed how much care the team puts into maintaining the hotel. The room was spacious, the mattress was very comfortable, and the rooftop offers breathtaking views of the Pyramids that are perfect for photos. The location is excellent, very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum, with an On the Run convenience store right across the street that is open 24 hours. I was also impressed by how responsive the staff were. When I requested tissues through room service, they arrived within a minute. This hotel offers incredible value for money. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and will stay even longer next time.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The room was beautifully decorated to welcome us, and the service was absolutely perfect. The location is very close to the pyramids, and having breakfast while looking at the pyramids was an unforgettable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again♡

I had a wonderful stay at The set Pyramids hotel . The location is excellent, with an amazing view of the pyramids right from the hotel, which made the whole experience even more special. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owner can speak Chinese, which made communication very easy and comfortable for us. Everyone was warm, helpful, and genuinely cared about our stay. I especially want to thank a staff member name ahmed hassan. When we had a stressful situation with an Uber driver who was being threatening, he stepped in immediately and helped us resolve the issue. His kindness and willingness to help really meant a lot to us. Overall, this hotel offers not only a great view and location, but also outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the pyramids.
