The staffs are very nice , easy to approach and made my stay in hotel comfortable. Specially I would like to give big thanks to Mariam who showed her professionalism, kindness and outstanding hospitality during my stay in hotel and made my tour very comfortable . Other staffs : Mohammed, Youssef also lovely . The hotel room is clean, comfortable with nice view. The hotel served delicious breakfast on roof terrace with mind blowing pyramid view . Over all I have had superb experience with this hotel and its lovely staffs touched my heart.
I struggled to find the location on my very first day.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, beim Frühstück hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Pyramiden. Der Hotelmanager war nett.
Leider war das Zimmer, das wir hatten, direkt neben den Lautsprechern einer Moschee. Da es keine gute Schallisolierung gibt, war an Nachtruhe nicht zu denken. Weiterhin war das Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt worden, es lagen unzählige Haare von anderen Gästen sowohl auf dem Boden, im Bad als auch in den Betten.
