Hawelańska City & Green

Świetna lokalizacja, mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, czyste, kontakt z właścicielem na wysokim poziomie. Nic dodać nic ująć

Comfortable bed, bathtub 🛁, washing machine, available kitchenware and a coffee machine ☕️. Pretty clean and spacious, with a pleasant balcony. Conveniently located near shops and easy to reach by tram or bus. Parking is available.

Upon check-in, only two small towels were provided for two guests (this might have been resolved if we had contacted management, but we stayed for only one night and didn't want to deal with it). We couldn't find any shower gel or shampoo, which I consider basic amenities. It would also be more convenient to have a microwave in the apartment to reheat food (instead, there is an air fryer). The most unpleasant part: we were accused of damaging the kitchen light switch and asked to solve this over a phone call. We insisted that all communication remain in writing and be logged by customer support, and we asked management to file an official claim through Booking.com. We rejected the compensation request because the photo clearly showed an installation/mounting issue. However, the owner kept insisting that we intentionally damaged it (using some object). It's a shame we had to spend a whole evening of our trip dealing with this 😟
