Our 120 m² stylishly furnished holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation or productive work from your home office. The tranquil location in the Mostviertel region, with views of the Ötscher mountain, combines idyllic natural surroundings with excellent transport links. A modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace with two monitors, and high-quality furnishings ensure your comfort.

On our small farm, you can experience agriculture up close: Ten dairy cows, heifers, calves, Cameroon sheep, chickens, rabbits, and cats live here. You can watch the animals being fed or milked, observe them in the pasture, and with a bit of luck, even witness a calf being born.
