There is a kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a living room with a tiled stove, 1 bathroom with a shower and bathtub in the basement, 1 toilet in the basement, one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom (including shower and toilet), and a 5- to 7-bed room on the upper floor, as well as a game and reading room on the upper floor (a walk-through room). We have deliberately chosen not to provide Wi-Fi or a TV to enhance the relaxing atmosphere. In addition, we place great emphasis on natural construction methods and furnishings (naturally treated furniture, natural mattresses, etc.). In the beautiful Mostviertel region, you’ll find a centuries-old farmhouse in a secluded, idyllic setting surrounded by nature, featuring approximately 3,000 m² of unspoiled garden—a place where you can lose track of time and be drawn to simple activities or relaxation. In the garden, you’ll find plenty of places to sit and lounge near the “power spot,” and fruits and herbs are there for you to snack on. A wrought-iron grill, fire basket, and cauldron are within easy reach, as are a fire pit and plenty of play options for children, including a ping-pong table. The retreat is also pet-friendly. In the surrounding area, you’ll find plenty of opportunities for excursions, including swimming, biking, hiking, walking, horseback riding, relaxation, wellness, cultural activities, animal and amusement parks, and much more. You can learn about the care and breeding of heritage livestock breeds, as well as traditional crafts and architecture, at our “Bauernsacherl” farm—just a 10-minute walk away—where you can bake bread in a wood-fired oven, hard cheese making, and natural gardening—all available to experience upon request. Right here at Naturparadies am Sonntagberg, you can also learn about the wide variety of herbs growing around the house. Additionally, we offer schnapps distilling, fruit juice/cider and vinegar production, and the natural processing of food from the garden. Additionally, services from the midwifery and kinesiology practice are available right on-site to help you restore physical and mental balance, such as craniosacral balancing, singing bowl massage, and much more. THE PERFECT PLACE for vacations, time off, relaxation, reflection, and rejuvenation of body, mind, and soul, as well as for small celebrations such as birthdays and weddings. A deposit of 50% of the total price is due via bank transfer after booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 1 week before arrival via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Base rental rate for standard occupancy of 5 people and a minimum stay of 4 nights. A security deposit of 250 EUR is due in cash upon arrival. The overnight tax of 2.60 EUR per person (ages 16 and up per night) will be charged in addition. Smoke-free property. Pets are allowed (dog: 25.00/night; cat: 10.00/night). Keys will be handed over in person on site (please call in advance to let us know before arrival). A breakfast basket featuring homemade wood-fired bread and regional, natural, or organic foods can be booked on site upon request for 15.00 EUR per person. If additional guests stay overnight or additional beds are used at short notice, a fee of 50.00 euros per additional guest or bed used will be charged on-site. For day guests who wish to visit, a daily flat fee for use of the house and garden will be charged on-site; information is available upon request.
