Delightful mid-century modern lake house with a private swimming pool, a nice, quiet swimming cove, five spacious bedrooms, three full baths, plus a pool house with an additional half bath. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Perfect for game days and group getaways! The home features two flat-screen TVs in the lower level playroom, another flat-screen TV in the upper level living room, and an additional flat-screen TV on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake.
The Upper level includes one king bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. On the Lower level, a comfortable TV room opens directly onto the deck, bringing beautiful lake views. This level includes a bedroom with two queen-size beds and another bedroom with a king-size bed. The remaining two full bathrooms are located with one on each level. An additional half bath is located in the pool house.
Outside, enjoy the swimming pool, a charming 1970s brick grill, and the swimming cove, ideal for relaxed outdoor meals and gathering with family and friends. There is a private boat dock with space to tie up two boats.
