About this house rental
Beautiful and comfortable waterfront home on a quiet cove with a calming view of foliage and lake. First floor has an easy open floor plan of living room and kitchen that leads to a porch with a swinging bed, additional seating and outdoor TV. A main bedroom with king bed, en-suite bath and TV is on the first floor as well. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, en-suite bath and TV. Also on the second floor is a lounge with TV and a bunk room with en-suite bath that sleeps 6.
Kitchen has everything you need and a gas grill is on the porch.
It’s an easy walk down to the dock where you can enjoy paddle boarding and floating. The marina is nearby and boat rentals are available.
There are three outdoor cameras in the following locations: Doorbell, Balcony corner, Backyard floodlight
Downtown is just 13 miles away and grocery and package stores are even closer.

Amazing property on Lake Tuscaloosa. Great house for entertaining and celebrating a very special occasion. Well stocked for all wants and needs. All family and friends felt extremely comfortable thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Mark (host/owner) was very responsive and helpful. We'll be back during football season!

We were looking for a place for friends and family to gather for my son’s graduation from the University of Alabama. The spot was perfect - offering ample space to relax in between the festivities with a short 25 minute drive to campus. The place was extremely clean and the owners were very responsive. I have another child graduating in a few years from Alabama and I will definitely look into this place again.

Great place to stay for football weekends. It’s the first time iv stayed at a rental property and the actual inside was much nicer than the pictures. Such a lovely home. The living room/ family room connection is a great place to hang out with friends.
