This home is located in the beautiful community of Palm Valley. This highly sought after gated community has so much to offer. Large community swimming pool and spa, community center, tennis courts, greenbelts, and a children`s park.

There is gate access to enter into the community. Private parking on Premises. One garage spot will not be available. No street parking after 10:00PM.

📮 No access to the mailbox will be given during the term of a Short Term Rental stay. Should a guest need to receive mail, guest must open a PO BOX. It is okay to mail packages directly to the front door. Management company will not be responsible for any lost/stolen mail.
