In the event that you notice leaves or debris in the pool upon check-in or during your stay, please understand that this does not reflect a lack of cleanliness, but rather a common situation with outdoor pools near trees. As such, the host cannot be held accountable for refunds or compensation related to this.
We are committed to maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment, and for your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer and leaf blower onsite should you wish to clear any debris in between scheduled cleanings.

5 bedrooms 4 had king size beds with one queen. 2 living rooms lots of tvs with a projection tv in the family room. 3.5 baths makes it good for lots of people. Code for front door so no one to have the chance to lose a key. Spacious kitchen, double oven, microwave, dual coffee pot, air fryer, toaster. Plenty of pans, dishwasher and variety of glasses. Nice backyard, did not use the pool still a bit cold and we did not bbq because someone had put charcoal in before us and it’s propane. There were just enough towels and separate pool towels if needed. Good location for us to go to see spring training and Catholic Church 5 min away. Admin was very responsive. We plan on booking for next year.

This was a good property if five people would like to have their own bedroom and like lots of room. Here is a list of recommendations for the property managers. We requested a text message rather than an email to gain access to the property. We ended up having to call VRBO to gain access. The garbage from the previous tenants was not picked up, hence the garage had a terrible smell. Leaves were not swept in the backyard. We had to sweep them up. Garbage disposal was not working. Fortunately, one of our guests is handy and was able to make it work only after we removed cherry pits and an aluminum pop top from in the drain. There was no salt or pepper or other herbs so best to bring your own. Also there were no sponges so we had to rely on paper towels. A hard copy of instructions would have been useful. Knowing what we know, we would definitely stay at this property again.

The listing describes this property as “Beautiful” and “Extravagant,” but while the home is large, it is far from extravagant. It was not well-stocked with basic essentials — there was no toaster, no mixing bowls, no blow dryer, and not enough blankets for our group.We had to request multiple items that should have already been provided, and although the host was responsive to some of our needs, it felt like the home was unprepared for guests, especially a group of 10.The pool required our own intervention to be usable, and the outdoor traffic noise made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.We reached out with our concerns and requested a partial refund, but unfortunately, never received any follow-up.Overall, the lack of essentials, unresolved issues, and poor communication after our stay made this a disappointing experience. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.
