Tucked at the end of a long country drive and framed by hydrangeas, Langford Creek Farm feels like its own private world. Surrounded by acres of open farmland and set directly along the beautiful Chester River, this newly restored farmhouse was designed for guests who want space to gather, room to explore, and a place to truly slow down.
Spend your mornings sipping coffee with water views, afternoons kayaking from the floating dock or fishing at the farm’s private lake, and evenings gathered around the fire as the sun sets over the river.
THE FARMHOUSE
The newly restored farmhouse is warm, elegant, and filled with character, with beautiful river views throughout.
The spacious family room features comfortable reclining seating, a Frame TV, and a wood-burning fireplace — perfect for cozy movie nights and fireside evenings during the cooler months.
Just beyond, the large dining room offers plenty of space for memorable meals and long conversations around the table. You’ll also find a thoughtfully stocked complimentary coffee and tea bar with an espresso machine, drip coffee maker, and tea selection. Simply bring your favorite milk or creamer.
One step down is the beautiful farmhouse kitchen, complete with a Café range, oversized island with seating, and a pantry with additional storage and microwave. A stone fireplace with a gas insert and intimate lounge area make this one of our favorite spaces in the house — especially for enjoying morning coffee while someone else prepares brunch.
A mudroom and powder room are also conveniently located on the first floor.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The outdoor living space flows seamlessly from the main level of the farmhouse and may be one of the most special parts of Langford Creek Farm.
Overlooking both the Chester River and surrounding farmland, the covered lounge features plush outdoor furniture, a gas fireplace, and a TV, with the large hot tub tucked just beside it.
As evening arrives, string lights create a beautiful glow over the patio and the entire space becomes incredibly inviting.
You’ll also find:
A gas firepit
Outdoor dining area
Outdoor kitchen
Gas grill
Large outdoor burner
Oversized crab pot provided for steaming Maryland crabs, seafood, or corn
Grill steaks and burgers, steam a pot of fresh seafood, pour a glass of something you love, and settle in for sunset — this space was made for long, relaxed evenings together.
BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
Upstairs are four bedrooms.
Three spacious bedrooms feature king beds with luxurious bedding, creating comfortable retreats at the end of the day.
The fourth bedroom includes one queen bed and one twin bed. It’s especially welcoming for children, with toys, beanbag chairs, and a TV, while still being comfortable and suitable for adults.
There are two full hall bathrooms upstairs.
The larger bathroom feels like a retreat of its own, featuring a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower, spacious vanity, and plenty of fluffy towels.
The second bathroom is smaller but thoughtfully designed and fully functional, with a tiled shower, sink, and toilet.
Please note that the upstairs bedrooms are arranged across two slightly different levels, with approximately four steps between them.
LIFE AT THE FARM
There is so much to enjoy without ever leaving the property.
Walk down to the river, grab a kayak, and explore Langford Creek and the Chester River. Pack the picnic basket and take lunch along for a peaceful afternoon by the water.
Gather around the wood-burning firepit in the evening for bonfires and s’mores, or enjoy a friendly game of cornhole.
About a quarter mile down the farm drive, you’ll find the private lake, where guests can fish, sit quietly on the dock, or simply enjoy the surrounding nature.
Deer, birds, and other wildlife are frequent visitors, and the sunsets across the farm can be truly breathtaking.

We have cameras on the property for security and monitoring purposes.
We do not condone excessive alcohol consumption. This is a private estate and is designed to be used responsibly.
If you are interested in a bridal shower, birthday party or small celebration, please check in to see availability, we would be happy to host these midweek, for a flat rate.
Weekends are typically available with a 3 night minimum, or last minute option with a 2 night minimum.
Do not reserve for sorority groups, bachelor, bachelorette groups without host communication.
By reserving your stay you take full responsibility for anyone entering the property.
Must be 25 years or older to reserve.
This listing is for your guest number only, please communicate with host if you have more then 12 guests.
No pets allowed
Note: We will charge a $500 pet charge and be evicted if a pet is on the property without permission
Please close and lock any windows you have opened.
Never leave the property without making sure all windows have been shut and locked.
Hot tub must be covered and strapped after each use, or it is likely to blow open and will not be able to function properly.
