Built in 1903 as an inn, Price Cottage is now an 8-bed, 4-bath guest house filled with every amenity needed for a unique getaway. Full of history and local color, with room for everyone and extra everything - two kitchens, two porches, outside access to all three floors, ping pong, darts, kids toys, and everything you need for a day at the beach. Walking distance to playgrounds, tennis courts, and a 7 minute walk downhill to scenic Betterton Beach.

We came for our family reunion. We loved the property, which was spacious as well as private. The home gave us plenty of room and was very functional for our family to interact and gather for meals, both inside the home and in the yard for a BBQ. We loved the quiet neighborhood and short distance and easy access to the beach on Chesapeake Bay. The beach was perfect for our young grandkids! We made great memories! Thank you!
