About this house rental
Welcome to our retreat in Annapolis. The place is located minutes from downtown and the Naval Academy, in the neighborhood of Cape St Claire, known for its beaches and the family-friendly atmosphere.
As you enter, you are greeted from the main floor with outdoor views of the back deck. Gather with your family and friends in the kitchen for quick bites or elaborated meals to be enjoyed at the dinning table. Sit and watch your favorite shows in the living room or enjoy a conversation with loved ones while looking at the breathtaking views of the front yard. Better yet, retreat into one of three bedrooms on this floor. Each has a comfortable bed dressed with soft sheets, blankets and plenty of pillows to ensure you get plenty of rest and wake up invigorated. The master bedroom is spacious and has its own ensuite. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway.
Another favorite gathering spot is the larger family room on the lower level. A third full bathroom is also on this level and is situated next to the fourth bedroom. This bedroom is the largest. It has two queen beds and a full bed. The driveway can hold up to five cars.
A short drive will take you to the community beach with a playground which is open during summer months. Several restaurants are located within a mile.

Very much enjoyed our four night stay. The house is very well equipped - especially the kitchen which is fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils - and both living and bedrooms were very comfortable.Great wifi made it easy to get work done.Close to all local shops and amenities and in good striking distance of downtown Annapolis.Quiet neighborhood with easy access and parking.Happy to recommend both the house and the hosts.

My family and I came up to Cape St. Claire to visit family for a party and couldn't be more happy with the house! It fit 8 adults perfectly and they had 2 spare roll away twin beds. Bathrooms were clean, kitchen was great! Awesome backyard with a nice deck to sit out on. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Annapolis was about a 10 minute car ride. There was a weird, constant hum from the water system in the basement that woke me up a few times, but aside from that we all really enjoyed our stay in this home! The hosts were in communication with us and instructions were very easy. Will be booking in the future for visits!

My wife and I rented this Vrbo for a birthday weekend gathering with some out-of-town friends and family. The space was very welcoming and communication with the owners was smooth.
