A bright, airy Carroll Gardens loft with oversized windows that fill the space with natural light. The upstairs bedroom offers separation, while two full bathrooms and central air add everyday luxury. Enjoy a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, in-unit laundry, streaming TV, and access to a quiet backyard.
This is one of the most spacious and coolest one bedrooms you will find in Brooklyn! I hope you’ll enjoy our place as much as we do!
The space
Located in the boutique Satori Condo, the building blends modern minimalism with Japanese-inspired design. Clean architectural lines, a tranquil aesthetic, and thoughtfully renovated common areas create a peaceful retreat in the city. “Satori” means sudden enlightenment—reflected in the building’s calm vibe, natural materials, and shared garden designed for stillness. Steps from cafés, shops, and the F/G trains.
The loft stairs are quite narrow so please consider this before booking the place, and make sure to be very careful coming down the stairs!
There are 2 full bathrooms - upstairs as well as downstairs!
Other things to note
Please note that there is some construction down the street from the apartment. The apartment is facing the rare of the building however, so we've never had trouble with noise in the apartment unless you leave the windows open.
Please also note that one of the downsides to bright and airy windows is that you will receive light when the sun rises. We do not have black out curtains unfortunately.
Please inquire first if you are extra sensitive to noise or light!
