Come home to your kid-friendly 2BR/2BA apartment located on the lower levels of our family’s townhouse. Your private entrance brings you into the 1500SF duplex apartment that has recently been renovated head to toe. A perfect combination of style and comfort, everyone should feel right at home.
Ideally suited for extended stays during home renovations, business travel, relocation, or visiting family. Located in historic Cobble Hill and close to shopping, restaurants/bars, subways and everything in between.
*Comfortable open living / kitchen / dining layout; great for cooking and entertaining.
*Quiet master bedroom with large closets and queen-sized bed. Second bedroom/office is approximately 400 square feet with plenty of room to sleep, play and work
*Two full bathrooms, each with bathtub
*In-unit washer/dryer
*Central heat and air conditioning
*Tons of closets throughout
KID FRIENDLY
With two small children of our own right upstairs, we have everything that your kids might possibly need on their stay. A toddler bed? Check. Scooters? Check. Toys and books abound, just make the request.

Cobble Hill is a great neighborhood bordering Brooklyn Heights and Carroll Gardens - all of which are filled with quaint and award-winning restaurants, shops, cafes and parks. Admire the 1800s architecture as you stroll through this historic neighborhood - you may even decide to spend the day exploring this area rather than venture into Manhattan

We used to live in the neighborhood before moving out of state and were thrilled to find a property to accommodate our family of 4 (2 small children). Communication and check-in/out were a breeze. The owner went above and beyond to make sure the space fit our needs - even pulling out toys and games and placing them throughout the apartment for our kids. The space was clean and well equipped. The perfect landing pad for our visit.

I stayed at this really spacious, clean and quiet spot for almost two months on a work assignment with my infant son and nanny. Dan could not have been a greater and more thoughtful host in making sure we were set with baby items including a crib and high chair as well as stroller to borrow. So much easier when coming from overseas. There was more than enough room and a great kitchen. Grocery store literally a block away and tons of great restaurants within a few blocks walk. Dan was really thoughtful and attentive and checked in a number of times to make sure all was well. Including answering a ton of random new to NYC questions. I worked in Manhattan and was easy commute via subway. Cannot reccomend this place enough and look forward to staying again next assignment I have.

We absolutely loved our stay in Cobble Hill at Dan and Fran's place. The two-story apartment (in their five story brownstone) had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. It's super clean, has plenty of space, safe, and is in the best neighborhood ever. A bodega around the corner one way, a grocery store around the corner the other, over five parks/playgrounds within a 10 minute (or less) walk, easy enough access to Manhattan, and so many restaurants to choose from. We seriously wanted to move to their neighborhood after being there two weeks. And they are great hosts; super laidback, helpful, attentive when necessary, and they have two adorable kids that became instant playmates with our kids. And that backyard! Success! We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
