The studio is on one level, ideal for two seeking peace and comfort, with air conditioning. The main space includes a quality sofa bed, dining area, and kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, microwave, and dishes. Wi-Fi, TV, and washing machine are available for longer stays.



The terrace, an extension of the studio, offers a private jacuzzi, loungers, dining table, and shaded area. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue.



You have exclusive use of the studio and terrace—no shared spaces. The accommodation is on the lower level of three independent homes, with a private ground-floor entrance. Enjoy access at any time, with no need to pass through shared areas.



A free parking space is reserved on the property, with street parking nearby. Self check-in via secure key box. One pet allowed on request.



The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Events are not permitted.



The jacuzzi is available and cleaned between stays. Please follow the posted usage guidelines.
