About this apartment rental
Lovely 1 bedroom suite. Second floor. Fabulous view of Sea of Cortez. Fully furnished, includes laundry, appliances.
Small 16 unit complex, parking, pool. Adults only. Across road is Zippers beach. Access is steep, short hillside. Car is convenient but not necessary if you enjoy walking/Uber.
Shopping is 15 min walk w/Taxi stand for return.
The space
This condo has fabulous ocean views and sunrises. It is basic, affordable nicely appointed accommodation. It is NOT in form of 'luxury' or 'all inclusive' lifestyle, but it has all one needs for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
The complex has many returning guests each year. You will find friendly, helpful but respectful folks in this small (16 unit) complex.
Building is adults only, no children, no pets are permitted. Most of the residents are 40++ years of age. There are no facilities or precautions for children.
Please note for at home entertainment there is a smart TV with streaming available for Netflix etc. the Mexican "Claro Vision" is included and had some English amongst the Spanish offerings. There is no USA/Canadian networks access. You can also mirror cast or connect your cell/laptop or streaming stick.
There is the main road at the bottom of the short steep hill and some traffic noise. It does not bother most people. But if you are super noise sensitive, this is not for you. The bedrooms are at the back and quiet for sleeping.
Guest access
There is parking available. The pool is for the guests/residents of the complex. It is not heated but has the sun on it all day and also fabulous views. Please note the information regarding the location. Steep hill access. Check in is after 3 pm and check out is 11 am, unless other arrangements made prior.
Other things to note
This is a small complex that is a combination of rental guests and residents. There is no concierge or 'all inclusive' services. The building is adults only, no children and no pets. The building rules do not allow children, pets or animals for either guests or owners. There are no exceptions. No loud music or parties.
Please note the building is built into steep, but short hillside. It is a 15 min walk to stores, shops. Beach is 10 min walk down hill and under the road. If you don't enjoy walking then you may want to rent a car. The road below the hillside is a 4 lane and fairly busy.
Most people do not find the condo noisy but if you are extremely noise sensitive then this is probably not the area for you. You could search the location on satellite map. Keep the directions with you for arrival as some drivers miss the turn on the first try.
