🌳 A large, private, enclosed garden
The fully private and secure garden is a real highlight of the property. Outdoor seating awaits you in the shade of a magnificent Japanese cherry tree—perfect for breakfast or evening drinks.
A barbecue and all necessary equipment are also available so you can make the most of the sunny weather.

The accommodation is situated in the heart of the countryside, facing the fields, yet remains close to shops accessible within a 5-minute drive.
A greenway runs alongside the property, allowing you to cycle to local shops, explore the region, or even travel to Futuroscope.
For a breath of fresh air, you can also take a walk through the fields surrounding the studio. A route of approximately 6 km awaits you in a peaceful setting, where you might spot roe deer and hares.
Cycling enthusiasts can follow the greenway towards Jaunay-Marigny and Dissay along the Clain River, enjoying lovely rides in a picturesque setting.
The studio is located:
A 5-minute drive from Neuville-de-Poitou and its shops: bakery, cash machine, tobacconist, pizzeria, and market
A 7-minute drive from Futuroscope Park
10 minutes from Chasseneuil-du-Poitou and its many restaurants: traditional cuisine, fast food, and all-you-can-eat buffets
In terms of public transport, Jaunay-Marigny is served by the Vitalis network. Notably, line 21 connects the center of Jaunay-Marigny to Poitiers. A reservation-based "Flex’e-bus" service, open to everyone, also serves the municipality; bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

For any arrival before 4:00 PM or departure after 10:00 AM, a surcharge of €10 per hour applies, subject to availability.
