Ca na Victòria: Mallorcan Home with Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Ca na Victòria is a welcoming Mallorcan home in the heart of Santa Margalida, blending stone walls and wooden beams with bright, comfortable interiors. With space for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, it’s perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to experience village life and explore northern Mallorca.



There’s one double bedroom, two bedrooms each with two single beds, and a children’s room with a crib. The 132 m² house is spread over several floors and features interior stairs.



You’ll find a spacious living room, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry area with washer, dryer, and storage. Wi-Fi and TV are provided, and one pet is allowed on request.



Outside, enjoy a private Mediterranean patio with greenery and bougainvillea—ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing.



Air conditioning is available in the living room and one bedroom. The wood stove is decorative only and cannot be used.



You’ll have exclusive use of the entire property and patio. No spaces are shared with other guests, and events are not permitted.



The location is very convenient: right in the center of Santa Margalida, about 150 meters from a supermarket and close to shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants. The beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are about 8 km away. Discover the local market, Mallorcan cuisine, explore by bike, or visit Alcúdia and Pollença.



The Balearic Islands Sustainable Tourism Tax is not included and must be paid on arrival as per current regulations. Children under 16 are exempt, and for stays longer than eight consecutive nights, a legal reduction applies from the ninth night onward.
