Welcome to Oliver’s Landing, a charming cottage in Chattanooga’s North Shore! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and offers a convenient base for exploring Coolidge Park, Frazier Avenue, and all of Downtown! Settle in by the fireplace, enjoy coffee on the screened porch, or head downstairs for shuffleboard and time together in the game room. Thoughtful family-friendly extras make it easy to feel at home at Oliver's Landing.
The Space:
Our Favorite Things About Oliver’s Landing
Enjoy a convenient North Shore location near Frazier Avenue’s top local restaurants and shops, with Publix and Whole Foods nearby. Updated furnishings and bathrooms give the home a fresh feel, while a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer make it easy to stay for weeks at a time.
Home Layout
The front door opens into a living room with a large smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Beyond it is the open-concept kitchen and dining area. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and some bakeware are provided for meals at home. A screened porch off the dining area offers outdoor seating for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Across from the kitchen are the laundry area, a half bathroom, and stairs to the downstairs game room and second living room. This converted garage space has a shuffleboard table and a large sectional with a sleeper sofa for one.
Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom has an updated private bathroom. Down the hall are another full bathroom and two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed, and the other has a queen bed with a twin loft above it.
Family-Friendly Details
A booster seat, baby gate, Pack ’n Play, and card and board games are provided. A child-size folding bed is stored in the upstairs primary bedroom closet. The downstairs living and game room offers another place for the family to spend time together.
Nearby Shops & Dining
Frazier Avenue is about a 10-minute walk from the home, with restaurants, shopping, and access to the North Shore riverfront. Publix and Whole Foods are very close by for groceries.

This is an excellent property for a family. The house feels more like a home than a rental. It is spacious and, well kept, has nice amenities, and convenient. Our week there was perfect. Highly recommended

Location was amazing! Very easy to get to downtown. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all guests. We appreciated the availability of laundry and dishwasher soap. Awesome property!

The location of this home was perfect for the activities we planned with our young children. Very close to downtown, restaurants, and activities. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and decorated very nice. We were happy to have a Christmas tree to enjoy during our holiday there.
