Welcome to Hamilton Villa! This spacious North Shore home has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and room for up to eight guests. Enjoy city views from large windows and two back decks, gather around the gas fire pit, or explore nearby restaurants and shops along Frazier Avenue, about a half-mile away. With a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space to unwind, Hamilton Villa is a welcoming home base for any Chattanooga stay.
The Space:
Our Favorite Things About Hamilton Villa
Two back decks overlook the city, with a charcoal grill on one and a gas fire pit on the other. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home. The living room has a 60-inch Smart TV, and the downstairs primary bedroom also has a Smart TV. Use your own accounts to enjoy streaming apps such as Netflix, HBO, and Prime Video; cable is not provided.
Home Layout
Natural light fills the spacious, open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining areas, with views of Chattanooga through the windows. The living room sofa converts into a queen bed for extra accommodations. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, and essentials for preparing meals. A drip coffee maker and a starter supply of Folgers ground coffee are also provided.
Near the stairs, the first bedroom has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry area. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a glass-tiled shower, double vanity, and large walk-in closet. A door from this bedroom leads to the lower patio and gas fire pit. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a spacious closet, and a full bathroom down the hall.
Parking
The driveway accommodates up to three large vehicles or four smaller vehicles. Please do not park on the street or block the road.

Frazier Avenue is about a half-mile from the home, approximately an 8-minute walk, with North Shore restaurants, cafes and boutiques all nearby.

Location can not be beat. Beds comfy. A/C is tricky (not a fan of mini-splits). Road noise to be expected staying in urban area. House felt very clean on first inspection however a deep down clean is needed: mini splits vents, refrigerator door, front load washing machine all were moldy. The oven was greasy and let out smoke when I preheated the oven. Bedroom downstairs does not have a blind on the window. That is really not acceptable. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

The property was located in a great area with restaurants, coffee, and groceries very close by. The neighborhood was nice with hilly streets and interesting houses. It took us 5 mins to drive to the aquarium. The house was nice overall with a mixed opinion on the matresses. The kitchen is fine but feels designed by someone who doesn't cook (very overly complicated kitchen sink and interesting induction range.The ac unit in one bedroom, right above the bed, had mold (as did the refrigerator's doors).The last massive negative was the living room couch and the seating in the main room in general. There is one very small couch and then 2 chairs and dining room chairs. The couch is not up to par with anything about the house or this price point. It is adding more sleeping capacity, but at the expense of having anywhere to sit/ a comfortable couch.Overall we loved our trip to Chattanooga and the location was perfect. With very minor upgrades this would be a 5 star house
