About this house rental

Modern, clean, and sleek! Do not let the uncluttered counters and tables deceive you, this home (kitchen) is fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay in Chattanooga comfortable, cozy and unforgettable. Family-friendly with full size 200+ classic arcade game, board games, card games, and dining table that seats 8. Decks on the main floor and off the master bedroom with amazing views. Out front, you'll find comfortable adirondack chairs around a glass fire table and a gas grill.

We also live in this amazing walkable community. Questions, recommendations, or wanting to chat about the area, feel free to reach out. We are foodies; if you read this far, we will let you in on where to find the best tacos in town! Book with us, and you'll probably run into us at some point walking our 95 lb Rottie/Aussie, he too will love to say "hi."

Located just a few streets from the energy of Cherokee/Frazier Ave, you will find yourself within walking distance of so much Chattanooga has to offer. Whether you're here to check out the Tennessee Aquarium, Riverbend music festival, Moon River music festival, UTC campus or just want to get out to explore hiking trails or go kayaking, this location cannot be beat.

Newly furnished 3 Bedroom 3 Full Bath in the heart of Northshore/downtown Chattanooga with large smart TVs in every room. Main floor has a open floor plan with comfortable seating, expansive windows with small decks providing amazing views.

Pramod is a truly elite-level host. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he went above and beyond with helpful tips, accommodations, local recommendations, and thoughtful guidance that made our stay top notch. Also, Pramod lives nextdoor which is very helpful!! The property itself was perfect for our group (two families with 4 adults and 3 kids ages 4 and under) — clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly what we needed. The view from the kitchen window and decks are spectacular and relaxing. Everything felt easy and welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into both the home and the guest experience.We had a wonderful stay and genuinely cannot wait to come back. We are already planning our next stay at one of Pramod’s properties in a few months. Thank you, Pramod, for such a wonderful experience in Chattanooga!! We will see you soon!! The Lees, Memphis TN(I didn’t take a bunch of photos of the home without others in them, so just posting what I have)
