Welcome to Rosewood Cottage, your NorthShore retreat in Chattanooga! This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8 and is perfectly designed for families, friends, and pets.
Located just a short walk to Coolidge Park and a 3-minute drive to downtown, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with a 65" smart TV, a fully stocked dine-in kitchen with a coffee bar, and smart TVs in every bedroom. Bedrooms include a king guest room, a queen guest room, and a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks — perfect for kids or extra guests.
Step outside to your private fenced yard and enjoy evenings in the 8-person hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, or grilling out on the gas BBQ. Kids (and grown-ups!) will love the arcade games, while the outdoor dining area makes it easy to relax together.
Extras include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, and exterior security cameras for peace of mind. Pet-friendly: we welcome up to 4 pets! $100 per stay covers up to 2 pets. Bringing more? Add another $100 for up to 2 extra pets. Non-refundable.

Please note: A long-term tenant resides in a completely separate unit at the back of the property. There are no shared spaces — the yard, deck, and all guest areas are private to you. The tenant does occasionally walk up the driveway to access that entrance. The couple is friendly and respectful, so don’t be surprised if you see them in passing!

Very clean home, nicely decorated with plenty of seating. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and the home had everything we needed for our stay. This is a great location in north Chattanooga that is close to all of the attractions downtown. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Chattanooga.

This home had everything you could possibly want or need for a wonderful vacation. The hot tub and arcade room was a bonus!! The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in any VRBO. The home was super clean, large TV's and a very cool wrap around porch. Having a fenced in front yard for our pup was awesome too. They even supply the poop bags for you:) Restaurants and bars are all within working distance!!!We definitely will book this home again!
