This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom property boasts 2 beautiful fenced acres of land with a 180° view of Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga Valley. This home is freshly remodeled and boast so much charming old home character! Curved archways and large airy windows throughout! Located right in Flintstone, GA below Chattanooga, this destination is only 15-20 mins away from your favorite attractions: Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium, Incline Railway, Lulu Lake, and more.

The airy dining room is filled with large windows showcasing views and there is a large dining room table which provides seating for 8! Take in the gorgeous mountain views from the spacious front deck to enjoy throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front with vast brand new windows and sliding glass doors.
When entering the home, you are welcomed by the living room and the first wing of the house which has 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 has a full/twin bunk bed, and the master bedroom has a king! The living room sofa is a couch bed! There are smart TV's in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms in this home along with a large smart TV in the living room. Go past the living room game table and past the half bath and you arrive at the open concept kitchen, dining room, and sunroom! The airy dining room is filled with large windows showcasing views and there is a large dining room table which provides seating for 8! Take in the gorgeous mountain views from the spacious front deck right off the kitchen to enjoy throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front with vast brand new windows and sliding glass doors.The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, plate-ware, cookware, and every utensil you will need to cook during your stay. Please take note below in the "Important things to know section about the Ice machine and Oven".
***There are 3 vacation rentals on this property. This is the large main home which is connected to an addition that has an upstairs and downstairs apartment units that are also vacation rentals. There is no access to the other units inside the home. They each unit have their own private and separate entrances. Willow Manor has its own separate courtyard, deck and charcoal grill that the rest of the property cannot use. There is a shared fire pit on the property that you are welcome to use in the grass circle driveway but you will need to bring your own firewood, starters, and camping chairs.
Parking: MAX parking is 4 vehicles!
Shared Fire-Pit:
You are welcome to use the shared fire pit in the middle of the circle driveway. It is a shared space between the other vacation rentals on the property. You will need to bring your own camping chairs, lighter, and firewood.
Charcoal Grill:
There is a charcoal grill right outside the glass sliding doors off the kitchen. You will need to bring your own charcoal, starter, and lighters.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire main home.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are not always reliable in the Chattanooga area, so we recommend having a vehicle to fully enjoy everything the city has to offer!
Other Things to Note:
1. This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time.
2. Both fireplaces in the home are for decorative purposes only. They do NOT work.
3. 2 Dogs Max! Dog Rules:
We ask for you NOT to leave your dog unattended and roaming in the home without you unless you leave it in a crate. All dogs must be on a leash while outside. We do not allow dogs on any of the furniture and we ask that you clean up after your dogs waste outside. If there is any damage to the home caused by your dog, we ask that you notify us right away.
4. Ice Machine and Oven: The ice machine is temperamental and sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. There is a dollar general 2 minutes away if you need ice during your stay! Please note that the door hinges on the oven have been broken 2 times by previous guests and the oven door stays cracked slightly all the time. There is a tool we provide to keep it closed and it works with no issues!
7. LADY BUGS - This is a OLDER home with lots of charm and character which is the perfect opportunity for lady bugs to inhabit the home. Most, if not all, homes in our area have lady bugs. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of and you will see them in the sunroom and dining room area of this home.
Weather and Outages!
Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
