Summary:
Are you seeking peace and serenity while also needing convenience to downtown Chattanooga? This property boasts 2 beautiful fenced acres of land with views of Lookout Mountain. This apartment is newly constructed and showcases a farmhouse design. Located South of St. Elmo, this destination is only minutes away from your favorite attractions: Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium, Incline Railway, Lulu Lake, and more.

The entire house was recently remodeled and newly furnished with a beautiful farmhouse design! It has high-speed wireless internet and there is a large smart TV in the living room and each bedroom has a smart TV as well. This home is family friendly and we happily offer a pack n'play for you to use during your stay! You will just need to bring your own standard size sheets and bedding. One of our favorite amenities to this home is the large covered porch to enjoy the beautiful country view that this property has to offer.
**This is an upstairs/top addition that has its own separate access. There is a basement unit below and the main house is connected on the right but there is no way to access the other units from inside. All three units have their own private entrances! The barn on the other side of the property is also a vacation rental!
There is room to park 2 cars MAX! Parking is shared with other guests who could be staying at the property.
We ask for all of our guests to observe quiet hours after 10PM to be courteous of others in the unit below or to the right as they will do likewise.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire upstairs apartment and the front yard. Parking is shared with other people on the property!
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are not always reliable in the Chattanooga area, so we recommend having a vehicle to fully enjoy everything the city has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
1. This property sits up on top of a hill. There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top. Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time.
2. The fireplace in the home does not work and is for decoration purposes only!
3. 2 Dogs Max! Dog Rules:
We ask for you NOT to leave your dog unattended and roaming in the home without you unless you leave it in a crate. We do not allow dogs on any of the furniture and we ask that you clean up after your dogs waste outside. If there is any damage to the home caused by your dog, we ask that you notify us right away.
4. Weather and Outages!
Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
5. Lady Bugs!
Most, if not all, homes in our area have lady bugs. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.
