About this apartment rental
Our spacious 4-room vacation apartment, Eschlipper Tal, offers plenty of space and comfort across approximately 74 m² for a relaxing stay.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and a cozy sunroom with direct access to the garden. The apartment offers enough space for at least 4 people and is ideal for families, friends, or couples who want to enjoy a wonderful getaway together in Franconian Switzerland.
A high chair and a crib are available upon request and subject to availability.

Haus Anni consists of the Eschlipper Tal vacation rental and two apartments, Anni and Hans.
You’re also welcome to rent our entire house as a group retreat.

Enjoy pleasant moments in our large garden (barbecue, garden games, and lounge chairs available) and balmy summer evenings in our beautiful gazebo.
The communal basement features a foosball table and a small ping-pong table. You can also store and charge your bicycles here. The workshop is currently under construction and is expected to be available by the end of 2027, complete with a bar and TV, as an additional common area.
Sauna & Wellness:
This area is currently undergoing renovation and construction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027 (pool, sauna, relaxation area).
Haus Anni // since 1978
Haus Anni has a long history. As early as 1978, Hans and Anni Höpfl fulfilled their dream of opening a small bed-and-breakfast in Ebermannstadt and, with great passion, created a place where guests from near and far could feel right at home.
Many decades later, we—the Happel family—took over my grandparents’ life’s work and modernized it with great attention to detail. Our goal was to preserve the house’s special charm while providing modern comforts.
Today, we combine tradition with fresh ideas and continue to develop the house step by step. Whether it’s relaxation, an active vacation, or a short getaway in Franconian Switzerland, we want every guest to feel welcome here and to come back again.
