"TAUBE" Vacation Rental
The newly renovated "Taube" vacation rental is located in Schammelsdorf—7 km east of the World Heritage city of Bamberg in the Eller Valley. Among other things, the area is known for having the highest concentration of breweries and butcher shops in the world—welcome to the culinary region of Upper Franconia!
The idyllic, rural surroundings are ideal for hiking and biking in "fränkischen Toskana". For motorcyclists, the area on the edge of Franconian Switzerland offers magnificent riding routes.
The 13-Breweries Trail stretches 34 km through lovely countryside—including Schammelsdorf.
The village also has its own brewery (a 350-meter walk) serving delicious Franconian specialties. Furthermore, the region is known for its numerous breweries and beer cellars, which invite you to stop in for a drink.
The 100-square-meter upstairs apartment features 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, a large kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Amenities include a TV, a well-equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a large terrace with a grill, a large private parking space, bed linens, and
towels, which are changed regularly.
The apartment is suitable for families with children and long-term vacationers—two large
playgrounds, a sports field, and a riding stable are located nearby.
Dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 euros per night.
In the interest of everyone, smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
If necessary, the sofa (80 cm x 220 cm) or a fold-out bed can accommodate a 7th person—just let us know.
Please understand that the apartment can only be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.
